'This body of work has been produced during a tumultuous time in my life. I have delved deeply into myself to come up with work that hopefully surpasses anything that I have painted before, and it is the most personal work I have ever created. Every piece has a special meaning for me.

I've tried not to be too self indulgent with my work, but if one isn't truly painting from the heart then ultimately, what's the point? I manage to lose myself in my work, hours and days just disappear; if you can do the same for just a few then moments my job is done.'
