Below we have tries to ask ourselves the questions customers might want answers to before ordering from us. Please feel free to contact us if we have not  answered your concerns.

We’ll try to answer your questions, if we haven’t please ask.

The onus is on us to get your item to you undamaged. We go to great lengths to wrap our pictures and sculptures well, we know how rough some carriers can be. If your item does arrive damaged please inform us within 7 days of receipt so we can do something about it. We could uplift the item and replace it, or if a replacement is not available or wanted a full refund can be made.
We use a carrier to deliver our packages, the carrier will need a signature from the recipient. If the item has been delivered the carrier will  have a signature, or they will have signature of someone who has signed for the package, maybe a neighbour or a relative. Or if it’s not been delivered of course they won’t have a signature at all. We will investigate the delivery with the carrier and proceed from there. If we are unable to make delivery a full refund will be given.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason after you have received it, if you inform within 7 days of receipt we will collect it at our own expense and refund you in full.

Delayed collection or delivery at a customers request –

When delivery or collection of an item is delayed at a customers request for more than 3 weeks, for whatever reason, maybe an item has been paid off over a period of time or in installments, or maybe receipt of an item was inconvenient for a period of time, whatever the reason, if a refund is requested on such an item, then the item will be put back out for sale and when it is sold a refund of any money paid will be made. Refunds can not be given on goods commissioned as a special order, or where a number of pieces have been laid aside at a customers request.

We use either a 24 hour or 48 hour delivery service with a carrier. Some time is taken to parcel the artwork before delivery, often using hardboard or plywood. So from the purchase date we try to deliver within 5 working days, if delivery is needed quicker please contact us, we will try to oblige. We try to avoid delivering over a weekend so the parcel is not sitting in the carrier’s depot any longer than it has to be, so we usually deliver on weekdays Tuesday to Friday. In most cases we will contact you to see which day suits you best. We generally use Parcelforce’s 48 hour service, on smaller items we may use Royal Mail. Some publishers such as ‘Wishbone Publishing’ will delivery direct from their premises using their own van, which is best with glazed pictures, though it might delay delivery. We sometimes use a specialist carrier if the item being posted is delicate again this can delay delivery, but permission will be sought if delivery is to be delayed.
Yes, we have posted artwork all over the world. Please contact for a price and time period, prices and times vary so much depending on many factors, the dimensions of the package, it’s weight and destination etc..
Yes, you can cancel anytime before the item has been logged on for delivery with the carrier. Once the item has been delivered you can still ask us to uplift your purchase and refund you in full. You can return your purchase without quibble for any reason.

We are a high street gallery in the middle of Liverpool city centre working very closely with some of the country’s biggest publishers of collectable artwork.and we have been trading for over 30 years. Our limited edition artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity. We regularly have our artists visit us, to meet collectors and to showcase their latest works, they would not do this if we were not selling their genuine artwork.
Yes, we operate a payment club scheme. After paying a deposit on an item, usually about 10%, you are then free to pay the amount owed over 6 months, paying what you like when you like over that period. Once the full balance is paid you are free to collect your item or ask us to deliver it to you.

Where special arrangements have been made for delivery, outside of our preferred methods of delivery, for example if we are asked to post abroad or maybe we will be asked to deliver in our own van (or a hired van) within the UK but outside of our local area, basically any delivery method involving extra cost, risk or effort, the cost of returns will then have to be paid by the customer.

Parcelforce is one of the carriers we use to distribute artwork worldwide. If you click on the image you will be taken to Parcelforce’s website where you are able to track your parcel. Fragalistics is another nationwide carrier that we use. Fragalistics deliver to every postcode in the UK one day a week, if you click on the image to the left you will be taken to their delivery schedule, where you can determine the date they would bee delivering to your postcode.
Wishbone Publishing

Wishbone Publishing

Wishbone publishing is one of our main suppliers of collectable artwork, they publish art by JJ Adams, Katy Jade Dobson, Courty and Joe Murtagh, to name just a few. A lot of the artwork they publish are presented framed and glazed so delivery direct from their offices to the customer can be an attractive and safe option, though sometimes it can take a little longer than using an established nationwide carrier.
