We aim to give our customers complete comfort in any transaction entered into by offering a no quibble collection policy in the case of any dissatisfaction.
On receipt of the goods purchased the buyer has 7 days to contact us to register dissatisfaction. Once we are informed that the customer would like the goods collected and refunded we will arrange collection at our own expense and make a full refund of any money paid.
This policy applies to all deliveries made to mainland UK.


Re Delivery
We aim to despatch goods within 5 working days.
We take full responsibility for postage, so it is in our interest to make sure the item is very well packaged.
We use "Parcelforce 48 hour" service for most of our deliveries, for smaller items we may use Royal Mail second class delivery service.
Delivery is FREE for any purchase over £100 in Mainland UK.
